R&H Manufacturers is a CNC machine shop in Edwardsville, Pennsylvania with a long history of producing the highest quality machined metal parts. Starting in 1957, family members Robert and Harry opened up the shop doors with the purpose of manufacturing components for the booming automotive, industrial, and military sectors. R&H still operates with that same foundational culture of taking pride in the work produced, machining top quality products, and delivering parts that last. With the rapid advances in technology, the shop has evolved over the years, but the quality craftsmanship that our customers rely upon remains steadfast.

R&H Manufacturers fabricates aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, and various composites in the shop. The machine turning department is equipped with a diverse range of both conventional and CNC machines like horizontal turning centers and vertical milling centers, alongside a comprehensive suite of drilling, grinding, boring, and secondary assembly operations. The engineering team will evaluate projects with each customer to find a cost-effective solution that maximizes quality. Our quality control department ensures these impeccable standards, backed by rigorous processes. Longstanding partnership with suppliers and local foundries optimizes raw material sourcing, reduces costs, and ensures tight delivery schedules can be met.

Our 2 twin spindle Okuma-Howa ACT 2SP-3 turning centers are great for large volume jobs. They’re built to last and produce components that are just as good all while reducing machine time per operator.

Doosan Puma TT1800 Horizontal Turning Center

The newest addition to our horizontal turning centers is the Doosan Puma TT1800 series. This features two spindles and two turrets with 12 tool slots. The same operation can occur on 2 parts on both spindles simultaneously, or perform two different operations at once on the one.

Doosan DNM 500 Vertical Machining & Milling Center

For more complex and custom projects at R&H, the Doosan DNM 500 vertical milling machine is sure to handle it. Accomplishing a high productivity utilizing a machining area of 40in x 20in x 21in, 8000 rpm spindle, and 30 tools, this vertical CNC machine is a great addition to our operation.
